Gepflegtes Haus in absoluter Ruhelage
Die können Kommunikation mit der Agentur lief total professionell und freundlich. Ich bekam vorab auch die Telefonnummer der Eigentümerin welche ausreichend Deutsch konnte um sich zu verständigen.
Nachdem wir mit 2 Kindern anreisten war auch ein früherer Check in nach Absprache überhaupt kein Problem!!
Das Haus ist offensichtlich neu erbaut, toll und modern ausgestattet. Alle Wohnungen haben eine voll ausgestattete Küche welche mit Geschirr, Töpfen etc. Bestückt ist. Im Keller befindet sich ein Gemeinschaftsraum welchen man bei Schlechtwetter toll nutzen kann. Der Außenbereich hat eine schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten mit Kohlegrill (es wurde sogar Feuerholz zu Verfügung gestellt um am Abend ein gemütliches Feuer machen zu können!) Und natürlich ist auch das gepflegte Pool zu erwähnen. Die Dachterrasse bietet einen tollen Ausblick aufs Meer und abends auf einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang.
Die Umgebung bzw. die Ortschaft ist zur Nebensaison absolut nicht überlaufen und eher verschlafen – sehr sympathisch.
Die beiden Eigentümer waren total nett und hilfsbereit

Villa Elena is a fantastic Villa!
The seven of us rented this Villa for 1 week, and had a great time visiting the surrounding coastal towns like Porec, Novigrad, Rovinj, and Pula. The medieval town of Motovun is wonderful with the nearby caves!
The Villa has large rooms for us to gather in the dinning room, tv room, and outdoors by the pool!
It is tastefully decorated, clean, and very comfortable.
Everything was provided for most of what we needed.
Ivan communicated very well with us before we checked in and during our stay for any questions or concerns, and took care of it instantly!
Valentina from Away to Croatia has helped tremendously in securing our reservation for this Villa. She responded quickly and helped with changes we made for this reservation even with our 9 hours time difference from the US!
We would definitely stay in this Villa again in our future travels if we decide to be in this very nice area of Istria!
