Marina Ližnjan is a pristine coastal area located just a few minutes away from the villa. It provides an impressive view of the cerulean Adriatic Sea and is a great spot for romantic sunset watching. Boat tours are also available for those who would like to experience the beauty of the coastline from another perspective.

Just to the north, you can visit Pula, the largest city in Istria County, famous for its multitude of ancient Roman buildings, the most famous being the Pula Arena, one of the best-preserved Roman amphitheaters in the world. For a quick bite, Pula boasts numerous restaurants and taverns serving local seafood and traditional Istrian cuisine.

If you enjoy water sports, the local area is fantastic for windsurfing, sailing, and diving. Medulin’s sandy beach, Bijeca, located only a few kilometers away from Ližnjan, is especially popular among families.
