Das Ferienhaus und die Anlage sind sehr gepflegt. Besonders der Außenbereich ist positiv hervorzuheben. Man kann im vorderen Gartenbereich gut sitzen und z.B. mit dem Gasgrill grillen. Der Pool ist sehr viel größer als er auf den Bildern wirkt. Man kann kleine Bahnen schwimmen oder sich den Rücken von den Massagedüsen massieren lassen. Es gibt 6 schöne Liegestühle und 2 große Sonnenschirme. Der Innenbereich ist so aufgeteilt, dass unten der Wohnbereich und 2 Bäder und oben 4 Schlafräume (3 mit Balkon) und 1 Minibad ist. Von den Bädern ist nur eines von Erwachsen Personen normal nutzbar, da bei 1 die Dusche direkt unter der Treppenschräge ist und bei dem oberen das WC ca 10 cm von der Wand entfernt ist, so dass man sich nicht gut draufsetzen kann. Direkt in der Nähe befindet sich ein Restaurant in dem man sehr gut zu Abend essen kann. Zum Strand sollte man mit dem Auto fahren (5Min, zu Fuß braucht man ca 30 Min).

The villa is in the Heart of Sumartin, within walking distance of the sea and local shops and restaurants. We stayed out of season but found the place to be beautiful and quiet. The sea was gorgeous. The villa featured 3 bedrooms on the first floor, each featuring their own balcony with one in particular being very spacious and over looking the whole plot. The first floor also features a toilet/bathroom and can be externally locked. Whilst unfamiliar to our group, the stairs for the property were external which some might find odd-but was no issue at all. The ground floor featured a large en suit bedroom along with seperate toilet, Lounge area and Kitchen. Beyond the Kitchen was a BBQ area tucked under a first floor balcony which served us very well during the evenings. The swimming pool is to the rear and is surrounded by gate/small fencing. Overall it was perfect for our needs having space to move and sunbath with loungers provided. Tv and internet provided on site and worked fine. There was also a trampoline on site and further into the garden grounds were childrens swings and play items. The villa also featured off road parking for at least two cars which included gates. This was ideal as the roads leading to the villa were narrow and quite steep. All in all a really good stay for 5 mates having a short break abroad
