Located in a quiet part of Premantura, villa Remi offers 2 jacuzzies to use, one located on the 2nd floor of the house and the other in the courtyard by the pool while providing you with a unique sea view from every floor of the house.

The larger city of Pula is 11 km away, and the famous tourist town of Medulin is 13 km away. Premantura Školjić Beach is 700 meters away. We definitely recommend a visit to the nature park Cape Kamenjak, which is located near the villas (4.5 km).

The pool is 40 m2 and there are 8 deck chairs. The garden is fully fenced so parking spaces are safe and guests can enjoy complete privacy. On the terrace, there is a gas grill, table and 10 chairs.

Spacious living room with fireplace and TV, billiards, fully equipped kitchen, and dining table for 10 people are located on the ground floor. On the first floor, there are bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor of the house, there is an indoor wellness area with a sauna and an exercise room. From this floor of the house is provided the most beautiful view of the sea and nature park Kamenjak, which is located near the villa.
