The villa is featuring 4 bedrooms with high-end furnishings and materials. All bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. Two of them have terraces overlooking the sea. The living and dining rooms are connected with the outdoors with top-to-bottom glass sliding doors. Here, you can unwind and relax after a day of exploring the enchanting attractions that Primošten has to offer.
It is rather peculiar that Primosten is not a very known tourist destination. The entire old town of Primosten is lovely and offers great walks around the peninsula. The hilltop church is just such a precious little place, definitely a must-see site. Many great restaurants and coffee shops can be found in the small streets. With crystal clear waters, you can not go wrong with any beach you pick in the area.

The perfect base for both exploring and relaxing
We had such a great time staying here with friends! The house was super comfortable and peaceful, with a beautiful pool terrace where we spent many evenings relaxing. During the day, we explored the beaches and went on full-day trips along the coast and inland – always looking forward to coming back to this quiet, cozy place. It was the perfect balance of adventure and rest. We truly recommend it to anyone looking for a mix of comfort, nature, and quality time.
Freunde, Pool und gute Stimmung
Wir wollten einfach nur abschalten, gemeinsam Zeit verbringen und genießen – und genau dafür war dieser Ort perfekt. Tagsüber im Pool relaxen, abends gemütlich grillen, ein Glas Wein mit Freunden und gute Gespräche bis spät in die Nacht. Die Atmosphäre war entspannt und unkompliziert, das Haus wunderschön eingerichtet und perfekt gepflegt. Jeder von uns hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Besser hätten wir es nicht treffen können!
Ein absolut traumhafter Familienurlaub!
Wir waren mit mehreren Kindern unterwegs, und es war einfach perfekt. Die Kleinen haben den Pool geliebt, aber auch die Nähe zum Meer war toll – wobei wir oft gar nicht wegwollten, weil der Blick von der Poolterrasse einfach unglaublich schön war. Die Abende dort oben waren pure Magie. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, großzügig und unglaublich sauber. Man spürt, dass hier viel Liebe zum Detail steckt. Für uns war es pure Erholung und für die Kinder das reinste Abenteuer.
Sommerurlaub 2020
Einen schönen Urlaub haben wir hier verbracht, alles verlief trotz Covid sehr problemlos und einfach.
Für das Haus fehlen mir Worte, es hat alles was man sich erwünschen kann. Bequeme Betten, Privatsphäre, reichlich Innenraum und einen großem Pool in dem man beim Schwimmen das Gefühl hat, als ob man ueber dem Meer und der Stadt schwebt…wundervoll geplant und ästhetisch ein Prachtstück.

Alles was perfect – het huis, het zwembad, de rust. De kinderen hebben zo genoten dat ze nu al vragen wanneer we teruggaan. Een plek waar je je meteen thuis voelt, maar dan met zon en uitzicht.
