Villa Sandra is spread on four split-levels. The basement consists of a wine cellar and a lounge area. The ground floor includes a kitchen equipped with modern appliances, a dining room and a living room. The first floor consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with a jacuzzi, while the master bedroom is located in the attic, consisting of an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet and a terrace overlooking the local church and the sea.
Island Brac is connected with the mainland by ferries and catamarans running from Split (every 2 hours). There is also a catamaran connection with the Hvar island. Direct flights connect Brac with Europe almost the entire summer. It is also possible to arrive on Brac by private jets throughout the year. As Dracevica is located in the center of the island, every day you can visit a different town, and there are about 20 of them on the island. We recommend Bol, Milna, Pucisca and Postira or beaches such as Murvica on the southern side of the island and the Lovrecina sand beach on the north side of the island.
If you wish to experience the Mediterranean as it once was and tourist-free Dalmatia this villa is your ideal choice. Villa Sandra is built in medeterian style and her interior is a contemporary classic, including a wine basement and lounge area.
The villa is located in an elite neighborhood where all houses have their own private gardens with pools, owned by EU residents. This small town has a store, a church. Also, you can find locals selling their well-known goat cheese, wine and gourmet olive oil in the main square.
