Welcome to Villa Petar, a detached, modernly built house with 3 bedrooms and a swimming pool. This beautiful property is located amidst the peaceful Istrian countryside, making it ideal for those seeking peace and quiet.
Villa Petar can accommodate up to 8 persons and is spread over the ground floor. Guests have access to a cosy living room with a dining table, sofa bed for 2 persons, and SAT TV, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with queen size beds and 1 with 2 single beds. The house features 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub. Free WiFi and air conditioning are also included.
The pool area is equipped with sun loungers, parasols, and a BBQ, and next to the pool, there is a terrace with a dining table. Private parking is available on-site. Children can enjoy the trampoline provided for their entertainment.

Es ist ein sehr schönes, neu gebautes Haus. Alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Der Pool ist wirklich toll. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und kümmern sich sofort , wenns was gibt. Tolle Anlage in ruhiger Umgebung. AAber trotzdem in 15 Min.

Wir haben uns für etwas Neues entschieden und uns nicht geirrt. Diese Villa war vor allem wegen der freundlichen Besitzer und dann wegen der Umgebung selbst eine gute Wahl. Wir sind begeistert von diesem Teil Istriens, wir konnten viel sehen und trotzdem bei Bedarf in absoluter Privatsphäre sein.
