Villa Pedena Bajci is located in a quiet and picturesque area in Central Istria, nestled in a beautiful nature surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, making it a great place for a relaxing and peaceful holiday. While there are tourist centers and beaches just a short drive away, as well as Pula airport, the closest beach is located in Rabac, about 18 km away. Opatija and Kvarner Bay are about half an hour’s drive from the villa.
The villa is entirely equipped and has everything one needs for a holiday. The villa is absolutely stunning, as a lot of attention was given to all the details. The ground floor is an open-space with modern furniture, nice paintings, and large sliding doors leading to the outside areas and pool.
Villa can accommodate up to 10 people in 4 bedrooms with double beds and 3 bathrooms. The large kitchen, connected with the dining room, makes it a great space for evening meal preparation and gatherings. The family room overlooks the pool and outside, with amazing glass walls and sliding doors connecting the inside with the outside.
*A maximum of two dogs are welcome with an additional charge of 8 euros per dog per day.

Villa Pedena exceeded all expectations
Beautifully decorated villa, it has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Very spacious place and very comfortable. The swimming pool is clean and well maintained. We swam there every day. We also really loved a room with exercise equipment and billiard. Grocery shop and restaurants are very close, but for beaches you will need a car. More than satisfied with this place and would recommend everyone to book a stay here.

Fantastische Erfahrung und unvergesslicher Urlaub!
Dieses Haus ist absolut wunderschön. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, und man kann sich jederzeit auf der Terrasse mit Pool vollkommen entspannen. Besonders glücklich waren wir mit dem Billardtisch, den wir oft genutzt haben. Der Pool ist fantastisch und sauber, und es ist auch sehr einfach, die Strände zu erreichen. Insgesamt eine tolle Erfahrung, die wir gerne wiederholen würden. Wärmste Empfehlung!

Such an amazing holiday house! All rooms are fully equipped and nicely decorated. The area is quiet, so it’s a perfect place for relaxation. The swimming pool is definitely a highlight of this house. We had a great time there and we are definitely coming back in the future!

Unsere Familie hatte einen unvergesslichen Urlaub an diesem wunderschönen Ort. Das Interieur ist wunderschön dekoriert und vereint Komfort mit Eleganz in jedem Detail. Das Anwesen ist makellos und bietet einen friedlichen Rückzugsort, umgeben von Natur. Wir wurden während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend betreut. Es war der perfekte Ort für Entspannung und gemeinsame Zeit mit unseren Lieben. Sehr zu empfehlen für alle, die einen besonderen Urlaub suchen!
