Perfect summer holiday house
It really has everything you need. Everything was cleaned and nicely decorated. Really loved the swimming pool area. And the beach as well, which is really close. Everything was close and you can easily walk. But for bigger places to visit, would recommend having a car. The house is fully equipped and gives high comfort.

Fantastic accommodation and courteous care
We were there with the family (2 adults, 4 children 6-13) in July 2023.

The villa is a dream. Beautiful pool, 3 bedrooms with private bathroom/toilet. Fully air conditioned. Great kitchen, giant fridge and icebox. Giant TV, gas grill, high quality sunbeds and furniture. Wine and olive oil as a welcome.

The handling was very uncomplicated and the on-site support flexible and super courteous. They even sent our left luggage home. Really great!

Deductions are only for the location. Although linear distance only 1 km to the beach, it is hardly to do on foot. Car is mandatory and beach parking costs 15 € / day.

We were the first time in Croatia, whether we come again, we do not know, but the accommodation and the care was a dream! 🙂

Everything was perfect! The villa is the same as in the pictures. Very modern and beautifully decorated. Very cleaned and has the all necessary equipment. The swimming pool area is very well maintained. Really loved staying here, wish to come back in the future.

We had a Great Stay in Vila Niz. The accomodation was as described and the owners were very Friends and helpful. The Pool and the outside area is Great. The accomodation is also Perfect for children (Baby with 10 Months).
