Villa is divided into 2 parts and spreads across 750 square meters. It can accommodate up to 20 people in 7 extra large bedrooms, all of them have en-suite bathrooms. The swimming pool is 14 meters long and 5 meters wide. One part of the pool is very shallow for small children. This part of the pool can also be a whirlpool if turned on.

This property allows you to enjoy your privacy and intimacy but is at the same time suitable for various gatherings of family or friends. You can throw a pool party, a barbecue or just relax with good music on lounge chairs and swings, sipping away chilled wine and munching famous Istrian delicatessen.

Located in the heart of Istria in the little town, villa is just a few minutes’ drive from a small town Višnjan. There you can find a bakery, bank, pharmacy, supermarket and famous sky observatory. The sea is just 10 km away. The owners are locals and would love to show you around and introduce you to their favorite restaurants where you will be treated as a local. They can also take you for a wine tour to wonderful local wineries or to try famous olive oil in Istria.
