The villa is located in the charming town of Fažana, known for its beautiful beaches and as the departure point for boats to the stunning Brijuni Islands. It is also conveniently situated near the historic city of Pula, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.
This modern, beautifully furnished property features 6 spacious bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 14 guests, making it ideal for multiple families.
At your disposal is a large, well-tended garden with an inviting swimming pool where you can soak up the sun on warm, summer days. If you feel like grilling, a charcoal and a gas grill are available.
A couple of stairs lead from the garden to the ground floor of the villa, where you will find a cosy, spacious living room with SAT TV, a kitchen equipped with high-quality appliances, and a dining area. The ground floor overlooks the pool, so you can sit down and relax while still keeping an eye on the youngest family members outdoors. On the ground floor, you will also find one of the bedrooms with a bathroom.
Upstairs there are 3 further bedrooms, all with private bathrooms to ensure as much privacy as possible for each guest. The 5th bedroom is connected with the 6th room without a door, only the opening between the two rooms. This makes it ideal for a family with kids.For some entertainment, at your disposal are table tennis, badminton equipment, and darts!

Great stay!
Wir haben eine Woche Urlaub in der Villa Enigma verbracht.
Es war alles perfekt. Toll eingerichtet, tolle Außenküche, schöner Pool, viel Platz!
Das Haus ist freistehend und man ist hier wirklich privat. Keine Nachbarn, die stören.
Einzig kleiner Nachteil: es gibt nur einen Schirm am Pool, daher relativ wenig Schatten.
Alles in allem aber ein super tolles Haus!

Die Kommunikation vor Ort war einfach und hat gut funktioniert.

Tolles Haus
Wir waren mit 11 Personen (6 Kinder im Alter von 2-10 Jahren) und 5 Erwachsenen in Pula.
Das Haus und der AuÃŸenbereich mit Pool und Garten war sehr schÃ¶n und wir hatten ausreichend Platz.
Die Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert und alles auf den Bildern haben wir genau so vorgefunden.
Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich.

One week in villa Enigma
A perfect place to rent for a big family.
Enough parking space, a perfect pool and a beautiful house with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and the accommodation you need. Not that far from Pula centre.
The place to be if you want to discover Istria.!!!

We were exceptionally pleased with the house. Everything was just as it was described and some parts of the house were even better than we expected from the pictures. All rooms were clean and the kitchen equipment was satisfactory. The communication with the host was flawless, questions were always answered within an hour. We really enjoyed our stay and can only recommend this house.

Major-league holiday!
Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt in der Villa Enigma. Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll übertroffen – Das Haus ist echt schön, alles war wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber lief reibungslos. Die Lage ist auch ok, man kommt schnell zum Einkauf nach Pula (z.B. Plodine, Kaufland etc). Restaurants gibt es eigentlich nur 1-2 die fußläufig direkt erreichbar sind, Auto/Taxi daher empfehlenswert. Rovinj erreicht man mit dem Auto in ca. 40 min.
