This newly property will amaze you with its high quality materials and love to details. Special care was taken into account to honor the local historic heritage, thus generating a cozy atmosphere on the outside, as well on the inside of the house.
The villa welcomes you with an airy open concept space, featuring a cozy living room, dining room, and a big fully equipped kitchen. You will also find a small bathroom with a shower, basin, and toilet on the same level of the house. Additionally, there is a pantry, laundry room, and separate guest toilet.
The upper floor of the villa is where the three spacious bedrooms with their en suites are situated. Each bedroom is air conditioned and features a king-sized bed, while one bedroom has an additional bed. The bathrooms are generous in size and well equipped, with all of them offering a double sink, shower, bathtub, a toilet, and bidet.
The outside of the building is also rich in facilities. You will benefit from a roofed outdoor dining area, a lounge area, a beautiful rounded swimming pool with sun loungers and a relaxing, neatly trimmed garden surrounding the house and terrace. Additionally, there is a summer kitchen for barbecues as well as a convenient outdoor bathroom. Last but not least, this completely fenced property has two roofed parking spots with electrical car charging stations left at your disposal.

Charmanter Ort für einen perfekten Aufenthalt
Wir haben zwei Wochen in diesem charmanten Haus mit Freunden verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön eingerichtet und super sauber, es hat einfach alles, was man braucht. Die meiste Zeit haben wir draußen verbracht, am Pool und rundherum. Alles ist so schön grün und entspannend, dass es schwerfällt, wieder zu gehen. Unsere ruhigen Abende beim Grillen und die wunderschöne Region, die man unbedingt besuchen sollte, bleiben uns in Erinnerung. Wir können es nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Die Umgebung ist wunderschön – umgeben von grüner Landschaft und einer friedlichen Nachbarschaft, die einfach zum Entspannen einlädt. Der Außenbereich rund um den Pool ist traumhaft grün und sorgt für eine entspannte Atmosphäre, die man sofort spürt. Es gibt nichts Besseres, als hier die Stille zu genießen und sich vom stressigen Alltag zu erholen. Ein wahres Refugium der Ruhe und Gelassenheit. Absolut empfehlenswert für alle, die eine friedliche Auszeit suchen!

Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen im sicheren Außenbereich, was uns Eltern total entspannt und erfrischt hat. Ruhe, Natur und eine tolle Atmosphäre – einfach ideal für eine erholsame Auszeit mit der Familie!
