There is a spacious dining room, a cozy living room, and a large terrace with a BBQ area and a big table for 12 people, perfect for dining outdoors. The beach in Mlini is just a 20-minute walk downhill, as well as the bus station, restaurants, lungo mare, shops, bank, and post office. The airport is only a 15-minute drive away, making this villa a perfect location for both relaxation and convenience.

Villa Art Mlini
The villa is beautiful, well equipped with a lovely pool, outdoor bbq and eating area and stunning views and sunsets. The villa is divided into 3 areas so ideal for mixed families. Bedroom and bathroom arrangements are perfect and 2 bedrooms have lovely terraces. The villa is surrounded by vines and fruit trees and not overlooked. The owner is on hand if needed and also gave us a few bottles of his wine and brandy’s he makes from the grapes and fruits around the villa. Ubers are very reasonable so the hills all around this region are not a problem.

Villa Arte – beautiful
We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful house.
The owner Dubravko lives downstairs and is very friendly and helpful, and whilst he is around, he doesn’t intrude. Instead, he was always around to sell his homemade wine which was better than the other wine we tasted at local vineyards.
The house is very comfortable and suits large groups as you have your own space but can come together in the communal areas and, mainly, the pool. And what a view – I’m desperately missing this already.
It’s a walk down some steps into town where you can catch a boat to all the places you might want to go nearby.
