Villa Arctium is a real refreshment of Istrian palaces with an unusually elongated layout and exterior. With its position and high stone fence, it offers complete privacy to guests, and the interior spaciousness provides additional comfort. Another advantage is the large sun deck with a beautiful view of the Istrian landscape.

The villa consists of ground and first floors. It is equipped with rustically designed Croatian oak furniture. The long open space of the fully equipped kitchen and dining room for eight people continues to the L-shaped living room with open fireplace. Along the living rooms there is a covered terrace with a beautiful view of the sun deck and the pool.

On the ground floor there are two bedrooms, each on one side of the villa, which gives additional privacy to all tenants of the villa. The first bedroom has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a built-in shower and an exit to the back yard leading to the sun deck. The second bedroom, which leads down the stairs, also has a private bathroom with a bathtub and a built-in shower. The bedroom opens onto the sun deck. Upstairs is the master bedroom with a living room for the complete rest of the tenants. The bedroom opens onto a balcony overlooking the sun deck, the whole village and the sea. Next to the bedroom there are two bathrooms.
