The villas are furnished with rustically designed furniture, with high ceilings decorated with wooden beams and open fireplaces in the living room, and modern furnishings are harmoniously blended into the rustic ambience.

Villa Amaranthus is one of the largest villas in Heraki with a beautiful view of the old town of Sveti Lovreč. A spacious garden with a larger L-shaped pool is what makes this villa special. Another special feature is the spaciousness of the villa and the longitudinal covered terrace with an outdoor fireplace.

The villa consists of ground and first floors. The villa is equipped with rustically designed furniture made of Croatian oak, and the bedrooms are equipped as a combination of single beds and double beds. The kitchen is fully equipped and separate from the dining room and living room. The dining room is furnished for eight people and has access to a covered terrace.

On the ground floor there is one bedroom with access to a covered terrace. Next to the bedroom there is a bathroom and toilet. Internal stairs lead to the first floor with three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a private bathroom and access to a private balcony. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom and toilet, and each has its own semicircular balcony.
