The ground floor is designed for relaxation and entertainment, with a beautifully decorated living room that includes a cozy romantic fireplace, modern furniture, TV, and even a piano. The adjacent dining room comfortably seats 10, and the fully equipped kitchen boasts a bar and an espresso coffee maker, ideal for enjoying your mornings.
Step outside to the spacious outdoor terrace where you’ll find a heated swimming pool (33 m²) with the added luxury of electrolysis, a waterfall, and a geyser. The pool is 1.5 meters deep, surrounded by 4 deck chairs for sunbathing and an outdoor dining area, complete with a grill for al fresco meals.
For your convenience, the villa includes a separate toilet, a washing machine, a dryer, and an iron, ensuring a stress-free stay. Die Villa ist super komfortabel eingerichtet, top sauber und mit Abstand die luxuriöseste Villa, welche wir in den letzten Jahren besucht haben. “Das Häuschen” ist sehr modern eingerichtet und sehr sauber!
