The main building features a spacious living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, two comfortable bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the ground floor, and four additional bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms on the upper floor. A separate outbuilding offers a private living and dining area, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
Outside, the meticulously maintained gardens surround a large 75m2 private pool, with an open summer kitchen featuring a grill, pizza oven, and outdoor dining area. The "Leisure House" offers even more amenities, including a pool table, table tennis, table football, darts, Playstation 5, board games, a fully equipped high-end fitness studio, and a spa area with sauna and massage room. Ein Paradies in Barat: Exquisite Villa mit Erstklassigem Komfort
Wir, zwei Familien mit kleinen Kindern, haben zwei wunderschöne Urlaubswochen in der Villa Barattino genossen. Das Haus ist einfach ein Traum, Luxus pur. Der Garten wunderschön mit Liebe angelegt und gepflegt. Der Pool war herrlich, auch für unsere Kinder 2 bis 8 Jahre perfekt. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat war auch die super ausgestattete Sommerküche mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber waren einfach super. Alles in allem perfekt, wir würden sehr gerne wieder kommen. Danke!
Eine Oase der Ruhe in Barat: Ein Traumhaftes Erlebnis in dieser Villa
Wir waren sehr glücklich diese Villa gebucht zu haben. Die Bilder sind nicht nur im Internet schön anzusehen, es ist auch in Wirklichkeit super toll. Der Service von Istria home ist absolut lobenswert. Auf unsere Emails und Telefonanrufe würde sofort reagiert und umgehend alles beantwortet bzw. erledigt. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen Ort, die gewünschte Ruhe im Urlaub war somit gesichert. Mit dem Auto ist man ratz fatz in Pula oder Rovinj. Gerne kommen wir wieder hier her.
