On the ground floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy dining room, and a spacious lounge with beautiful wooden beams, a fireplace, and a TV set. The sofa bed in the lounge provides additional space for 2 more guests. For your convenience, there’s an additional toilet and a small laundry room with a washing machine.
The master bedroom features a luxurious king-size double bed and an en-suite bathroom with both a bathtub and a shower. From the master bedroom, French doors open onto a peaceful terrace at the back of the house, complete with a coffee table, chairs, and a small Mediterranean garden—the perfect spot for a morning coffee.
A large stairway from the living room leads to the first floor, where you’ll find 2 comfortable bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds—and a family bathroom. An additional bathroom is conveniently located next to the outside patio for your guests’ comfort.

Ein Ort, an den man gern zurückkehrt
Wir haben mit unserer kleinen Familie eine wundervolle Woche verbracht – das Haus war perfekt für entspannte Tage mit den Kindern. Besonders geschätzt haben wir den überdachten Essbereich im Freien – dort haben wir jeden Morgen gefrühstückt und abends lange zusammengesessen. Alles war sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Man merkt, dass hier an Gäste gedacht wurde. Der Pool war für die Kinder das absolute Highlight. Für uns ein echter Wohlfühlort!
Ruhe, Sonne und ganz viel Herz
Mit zwei Kindern unterwegs ist man oft auf der Suche nach einem Ort, an dem sich alle wohlfühlen – und den haben wir hier definitiv gefunden. Unsere Tochter hat fast jeden Tag im Pool geplanscht, während wir auf der Terrasse gelesen haben. Die Küche war top ausgestattet, sodass wir sogar ein Geburtstagsfrühstück vorbereiten konnten. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, man kann richtig abschalten. Es war nicht unser erster Kroatienurlaub – aber definitiv einer der schönsten.

Perfect house for family holiday in the sun
Wonderful characterful house, with every amenity including pool maintenance, cleaning service and mini bar with local wines. Easy walk to small supermarket and to the beach, and convenient transfers into Supetar if you wish to explore further. Worked as great option for two couples and young kids.Host was great to deal with, very communicative and friendly.

Our stay here felt like pressing pause on everyday life. The villa gave us just the right mix of comfort, privacy, and space to enjoy real quality time as friends. We loved the outdoor lounge area in the evenings — watching the stars, sharing stories, and listening to music. Everything was beautifully kept and the pool was a dream after hot afternoons. It’s one of those places that somehow makes you feel instantly at home.
